It was a 16th straight win for Dearne who finished on a league record 110 points.
Athersley Rec lost 3-0 at home to Brigg Town in their final game of the season.
They finished a place and six points clear of the relegation zone.
Worsbrough Bridge won 3-0 at home to bottom club Glasshoughton Welfare.
Akram Lasalire, Harrison Marvin and Jake Squires scored for Bridge who are third.
They will move up to second in the final table if they win at Appleby Frodingham on Tuesday, before hosting a play-off semi-final on Saturday.
