THE FINAL of a competition in memory of a young Barnsley girl will be held next week.

Darcy Jo Burke, from Darfield, died of an inoperable brain tumour in 2014.

The annual Darcy’s Cup competition is played in her memory and has raised thousands for charity.

This year’s final will see AFP play Brinsworth DC at Doncaster Rovers’ ground on Wednesday from 7pm. Tickets are £5.
