THE worst-offending motorists for clocking up on-street parking tickets have been revealed.
According to a Freedom of Information request, a Ford Mondeo owner received 31 tickets on Royal Street in Barnsley town centre - all of which were unpaid.
The total value of the motorist’s parking charge notices came to £1,550.
Information also revealed a Mercedes C-Class owner had racked up 45 historic PCNs but these were written off as enforcement agents failed to find the registered keeper’s new address.
