BARNSLEY MP Eric Illsley watched a Guantanamo Bay prisoner being interrogated when he visited the controversial American camp.

He was part of a delegation from the Foreign Affairs’ Committee which is pushing for an end to the indefinite incarceration of America's terrorist suspects.

Although Mr Illsley and his colleagues were not allowed to talk to any of the 455 prisoners, they were shown around the camp's six compounds and spoke at length to its guards and medics.
