THE Barnsley branch of clothes store Bonmarché will temporarily close on Friday for a refurbishment.
The store, in the Alhambra Centre, is being revamped with a new layout.
Liz Bentley, Barnsley store manager, said staff were 'excited' to welcome shoppers back following the makeover.
There will be a grand reopening the following Wednesday, September 10, at 9.30am.
