Volvo’s new V70 arrives in September and it will reinforce the maker’s dominance of the luxury estate car market, writes Don Booker.
This all-new V70 will offer more of everything compared with its predecessor. It will be more luxurious inside, be more dynamic to drive and offer more configuration and flexible space for both for both passengers and luggage. Available for the first time will be a six-cylinder 3-litre petrol engine producing 285bhp, moving from 0-60mph in 7.2 seconds and reaching a top speed of 155mph. Two turbo diesels will also be available.
