A TEENAGE girl had an air gun pellet removed in hospital after being wounded while walking with her parents.
The 13-year-old was in Howell Woods, near Burntwood Lane, on Sunday March 11 at about 5.30pm when she was hit in the collar bone.
She was taken to Montagu Hospital in Mexborough but transferred to Barnsley Hospital to have the pellet removed.
