GOOD news for cyclists and wannabe cyclists in Barnsley
The Barnsley cycle hub will be officially opened on Monday to help cyclists and encourage more people to get on their bike in and out of town.
The new facility is in the Barnsley Interchange and offers a range of cycle support services to local residents and businesses, removing barriers that prevent people from getting into cycling.
The hub offers free secure indoor parking for up to 30 bikes.
There are also free toilet and shower facilities, bike servicing and repairs and free Dr Bike check-ups.
