THIS HOYLAND man said he is lucky to be alive after being in a diabetic coma for three weeks.

Dean Greenhoff, 44, collapsed at his home at Kirk View, Hoyland, and when he woke up in hospital didn’t even recognise his family.

His twin sister, Jill Duffy, discovered Dean when she visited and he was rushed to Barnsley Hospital where he spent four-and-a-half days in intensive care and was unconscious for three weeks.
