MOST teenage girls love make-up and beauty products.

But very few turn that interest into a thriving business - becoming managing directors at the same time as studying for their GCSEs.

Schoolgirl entrepreneurs Rose Dyson, 16, and Kaylee Scholefield, 15, came up with the concept of their ‘perfect pout’ range of high quality handmade lip care products for an inter-school contest.

The I Know I can Barnsley Big Challenge is designed to encourage budding businessmen and women across the borough.

Last year the friends who are both pupils at Horizon Community College, came up with their Pura Cosmetics brand and beat all their opponents - winning the overall competition and a £2,000 European Union grant.
