TWO women saw a balaclava clad flasher while on their way to work.
The man was in a field at the bottom of Spring Lane, Carlton, at about 7.15am on Friday, November 30.
He had the balaclava over his face and his trousers were around his ankles. One of the women shouted at him but he didn't move away.
Police say this man has been seen on two other occasions in the past month at about the same time. He is described as being 18-20 years old.
