THEATRE is a risqué business for Wath's Vaudevillian Vixens.
The vixens are gearing up to perform a 1950s-style burlesque show, which includes striptease, artists, musicians, bands, dancers, comedians and drag acts.
Organiser Vicky Evans described the show, based on the seven deadly sins, as "an innocent but sensuous display of female pulchritude done with a wink and a smile from the past."
She added: "It's not for children, but it's the kind of thing you could take your granny to."
The show, called Sinnocence, will is coming to Wath Montgomery Hall in the near future. The vixens are now looking for prospective new performers. More details: Vicky, 01709 322138.
