CANNABIS worth up to an estimated £15,000 was seized from a drugs factory found on an industrial estate in Mapplewell.
The plants were growing in a warehouse for bathroom suites at the industrial estate on Wentworth Road.
Police who raided the unit on September 26 said it was rare to find a cannabis factory in industrial premises as most found recently have been in houses.
A tenant of another unit on the estate said: "We thought it was all very strange. We never saw any bathrooms coming or going. We only saw someone go in very occasionally."
Acting Det Sgt Janine Whitton said: "Following police enquiries we have executed a warrant on these premises and removed a substantial amount of cannabis.
