A PRIMARY school is sending text messages to parents in an effort to improve communication.
Since the start of the new term, Worsbrough Common Primary school has been texting parents with information about their child and school activities.
The text messages are not replacing school letters are designed to involve parents with a more familiar method of communication.
Headteacher Kate Davies, who has a keen interest in IT, says the response so far from parents has been quite positive.
