ANTIQUES expert and television personality Eric Knowles is coming to Cawthorne to value visitors’ objects.
THE Antiques Roadshow presenter will cast his eye over pottery, ceramics and glass at Cannon Hall Museum on Thursday October 12.
He will be doing valuations between 2 and 5pm (last admission 4.15).
It will cost £1 per object, with all proceeds to the Friends of Cannon Hall.
Later that evening he will give a talk packed with anecdotes and insights into the world of antiques. It will highlight the history of Moorcroft pottery - of which Cannon Hall has an impressive display ranging in date from 1897 to 2005.
