Barnsley midfielder Patrick Kelly has been included the Northern Ireland squad for friendlies against Guinea and France.
The 21-year-old enjoyed an impressive first season with the Reds and was in the last two senior squads, as Michael O’Neill’s side lost in the World Cup play-offs to Italy.
Northern Ireland are due to face Guinea in Cadiz, Spain on Thursday, June 4, before travelling to Lille to take on France the following Monday.
France are one of the favourites for the World Cup and have superstar players such as Kylian Mbappe, Ousmane Dembele and William Saliba.
