Drivers in Devon are waiting to have £100,000 repaid in speeding fines. The drivers were all snapped by a mobile speed camera and the consequent convictions have all been ruled unsafe by a judge. Between November 2002 and March 2003, 1,800 drivers were caught by the camera, and they are now waiting for their money to be returned and the points removed from their licences.
