Adam Sylvester and Samit Patel took four wickets each to bowl the visitors out for 131. Captain Ben Kohler-Cadmore smashed 99 not out off 31 balls with 12 sixes.
Swaine have won all 12 of their completed games and are 12 points clear of second-placed Scholes.
