IT was a heartwarming moment in a heartbreaking story - terminally-ill cervical cancer sufferer Jamie Lea Jepson finally tied the knot with her fiancé Gareth Harrison.
There was just one small hiccup - the couple forgot the rings.
Luckily, Jamie's grandfather Roy Thompson was on hand to provide Gareth with an alternative ring, while Jamie used her dead grandmother Sheila Jepson's ring.
She said: "The whole day was absolutely brilliant - it really was my dream day."
The couple now plan to take things easy, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy the time they have left together.
