A FATHER of three from Thurnscoe did not live long enough to take his family on a dream final holiday.
Andrew Feast, 31, was told his leukaemia was terminal last week and friends of the family quickly rallied to raise more than £4,500 on a JustGiving page online.
The Feast family of Briton Street did book a holiday to Bridlington, their favourite place, but Andrew died at his home on Sunday night.
Andrew leaves behind wife Heather, 29, who was his childhood sweetheart from Dearneside School and their children Cody, 12, Thomas, ten and Isabell, four.
The funeral will be held at St Hilda's Church in Thurnscoe on September 14.
