THEY’VE not been at it long, but Holly and Isla Shenton are taking the ice-skating world by storm.
Holly, nine, and Isla, seven, both competed at the Bradford Open - a national competition which Isla won and Holly came second in their respective groups.
The girls have only been skating for a combined total of six years, but both received trophies for their achievements.
Mum Donna, of Intake Lane, Barnsley, said: “They are both really pleased with their results, it was quite unexpected.
“I’m really proud of both of them, they both have so much potential and they work really hard.”
