HARRISON Wilson's mum burst into tears when she was told her little boy had won the Chronicle's Baby of the Year.
The curly haired one-year-old beat thousands of hopefuls to grab the top spot in this years' competition.
Fiona Wilson, of Applehurst Bank, Barnsley, said the best thing about the competition was the support she had received from friends.
She said: "I am really shocked because when we took him to have his picture taken last week he had a rash on his face and was tired.
