A ROYSTON man who loves medieval items has built a castle in his garden.
Ronnie Walker, 79, decided he wanted to build the castle during lockdown as he had an empty plot of land in his back garden.
It’s taken him a few years but he’s finally finished - and he’s happy to show it off.
He told the Chronicle: “It’s taken me five years to complete.
“It’s seven feet tall and there’s about four or five thousands blocks.
“It’s got a drawbridge, ramp and windows.
“I’ve always liked medieval things and I had a bit of space in my garden so I thought why not?
“It’s really good.”
