BARNSLEY Women’s FC are due back in action after almost three weeks without a game when they host Sheffield FC on Thursday October 30.
The Reds have won five out of six games in National League Division One Midlands, including the last four.
That leaves them second, level on points with leaders Peterborough United and third-placed Boldmere St Michael’s who each have a game in hand on the Reds. Sheffield are sixth with seven points from five games.
In the Sheffield FA Women’s Cup, Barnsley Ladies lost 8-0 at home to Rossington Main.
Dearne and District were beaten 5-2 at SJR Worksop reserves.
