CAWTHORNE-based Naylor - owners of the Yorkshire Flowerpot company - have acquired the business of Limetree Ceramics.
Limetree is an importer of quality decorative glazed pots from Spain and Portugal.
Naylor is a fourth generation manufacturer of ceramic products, having been founded as a clay pipe manufacturer in 1890.
The company's Yorkshire Flowerpots division was set up in the 1980s and offers British made products with a lifetime guarantee against frost damage.
The Limetree acquisition follows Naylor's 2013 purchase of Clough Mill, an importer of top quality Malaysian glazed pots.
